Psalms 92: Flourishing in God’s Presence
Psalms 92 is a song of praise celebrating the goodness of the Lord. It begins by extolling the virtues of giving thanks to God and ends with a promise that the righteous will flourish. The psalmist compares the flourishing of the righteous to the growth of a palm tree and a cedar in Lebanon—symbols of vitality, strength, and endurance.
