JOYFULNESS IS ALSO KEY TO RECEIVING DIVINE DIRECTION

 

Divine direction is essential for success in life and ministry. It is important to seek God's guidance in every step we take, as our thoughts are not His thoughts. Knowing our assignment and following it with clarity of vision enhances supernatural speed and brings about fulfillment.

The voice of the Spirit gives definite instructions for direction, and it is important to cultivate a consistent pattern of Bible reading and prayer to maintain the sensitivity of the heart. 

Meekness, quietness, and joyfulness - Isaiah 12:3, are also prerequisites for receiving divine direction. Following divine direction leads to profitable paths of life, honor, beauty, dignity, and glory.

THE MEEK WILL GOD GUIDE AND TEACH HIS WAY

Folks, the key to receiving guidance from God is to have a meek and quiet spirit, as His thoughts are higher than ours, Isaiah 55:8. The Bible serves as a guidebook for life, providing instructions and direction. 

Developing a consistent pattern of Scripture reading and communing with the Holy Spirit can help maintain the sensitivity of the heart. The benefits of following God's direction include success, prosperity, and protection. 

Rising up early in the morning is the best time to hear from God, as He reaches out to those who are willing to listen. Many people throughout history have received major instructions from God during these early hours. 

Overall, seeking God's guidance and following His direction can transform an ordinary person into an extraordinary one.

Lord! I receive grace to seek and follow your guidance, Amen.

GOD RESTORES OUR SOUL IF HE'S LEADING US

Folks! Having gladness in your heart and a song in your mouth when seeking divine direction is important because it helps to create an atmosphere of faith and trust in God. 

When you are joyful and singing praises, you are more open to receiving guidance from the Holy Spirit who restores one's soul. It also helps to keep your focus on God and His goodness, rather than on your problems or worries. 

As a result, you are more likely to make wise decisions that align with God's plan for your life. For example, in Psalm 32:8, God says, "I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you." 

So, when you approach God with a joyful heart and a song of praise, you position yourself to receive His instruction, guidance and restoration of your soul.

Lord Jesus, give me the grace I require to be joyful always in order for my soul to be restored, Amen. 

MY SHEPHERD

PSALMS 23:1 (KJV)

Folks, I guess you should know the meaning of shepherd! Alright, let's try to explain it - A shepherd can be described as a person who leads, guides, or directs another to a defined location or direction.

Having explained that, if we then say that the Lord is our Shepherd, it means, therefore, that the Lord is the one who leads, guides, or directs us to our defined location - in this case, our glorious destiny!

And, of course, when the Lord Jesus Christ is our Shepherd, we can be rest assured He'd lead us to rest in green pastures, that is to say, you would not struggle to make ends meet. He'd lead us to the path of success seamlessly. 

But, His leading us depends on us. The choice is ours to make as God cannot force His leading on us. It's a matter of one's choice!

Lord! Give me the grace to make that right choice of allowing you to lead me, in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

LET'S GO TO GOD'S HOUSE; THE CHURCH AND PRAISE HIM

 

PSALMS 100:3-4 (NKJV)

Folks, thank God tomorrow is Sunday! Let's seize this opportunity to be in Church tomorrow to worship this great King. 

We didn't make ourselves rather He'd made us in His image as well for His glory. 

Therefore, let's go into His courts with praise and be thankful to Him, and bless His name. He deserves it, Amen! 

GOD WILL RESTORE ALL YOU HAVE LOST TO YOU TODAY

JOEL 2:25 (NKJV) 

Folks, the God we serve is a merciful God. We can attest to this from our Bible passage today of His promise to us of going to restore to us all that we've lost in time past. 

He is the one in control of our lives and affairs. He is not a man that He'd lie. Even though the degree of what we might have lost was so weighty, He had promised to restore all to us. 

So, that's the good news for us today! Let's hold onto His word and call upon Him for our total restoration. He's able to do exceedingly more than we can imagine! 

Oh, Lord! I pray that you restore to us all we've lost in time past in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen. 

MAKE GOD FIRST

MATTHEW 6:33 (NKJV)

 Folks, when we put God first in our affairs, He defends and fights our battles for us without any input from us. The Scripture says that eyes have not seen nor any ear heard what God has in store for His lovers.

This entails laying aside everything that disrupts our focus on God and the interest of His kingdom. Giving God our best in kingdom stewardship! Afterall, He is the one in control of the whole world. So, when He says do for Him first, we should know that our obedience to that command is absolutely for our profiting, change of story and supernatural breakthroughs! 

And so, we pray God to help us with an attitude of selflessness and resilient in seeking Him first.
